About
Diana
Born to a Puerto Rican father and a Polish mother, Diana
Rodriguez Wallach has experienced the cultures her characters
inhabit. Her debut novel, Amor & Summer Secrets, is the
first in a three-book series to be published by Kensington Publishing
in 2008 and 2009.
Amor and Summer Secrets has met with critical acclaim having
won 2nd place in the 11th
Annual International Latino Book Awards for Best Young Adult
Fiction in 2009, and having been chosen as Best Young Adult Book
in 2008 by Latinidad.
Diana holds a journalism degree from Boston University, and has
worked as a reporter and as an advocate for inner city public schools.
She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband.
